INGREDIENTS:
6 to 10 | cloves of garlic, smashed or diced fine |
2 tablespoons | or more of olive oil |
pinch | of red pepper flakes |
6 to 8 | ounces of pasta |
grated parmesan cheese, optional | |
diced parsley fresh or flakes |
DIRECTIONS:
In a saute pan, put the Garlic and Olive Oil, Red Pepper Flakes (and
Salt and Pepper) to saute on low flame. Do not burn Garlic. Start
boiling Pasta, add a small ladle full of pasta water to Garlic Saute,
simmer, then remove from heat. Reheat when Pasta is done and drained.
Add Pasta to sauce, stir in, plate and top with Cheese and serve.
NOTE:You can add other vegetables to this sauce if you want, (defrosted frozen or fresh) such as Spinach, Broccoli, Mushrooms, Tomatoes, Peas etc.
