A very easy (and hearty) dish to make; quick during the summer heat waves, and filling during cold winter nights!!

INGREDIENTS:
4-6 strips of Bacon, cut up into one inch strips
1/3rd each of Red, Yellow and Orange Bell Peppers
small can of Tomato sauce
6-8 oz Pasta
2 Tablespoons Bacon fat
grated Parmesan Cheese to top

DIRECTIONS:
Begin to fry Bacon on low flame. Start boiling water and boil Pasta. Slice the Peppers into thin strips, and dice up. Saute in about 2 Tablespoons of the Bacon fat (or you can use Olive Oil).

When the Peppers are getting soft, add a few spoonfuls of Pasta water to saute pan so they soften even more. Simmer for a few more minutes.
Add the finished Bacon to the Pepper saute, and simmer for a minute or so. Add the Tomato sauce and stir in, until it begins to bubble.

Your Pasta should be done by now, drain, top with sauce & grated Parmesan Cheese and serve.
