NOTE:This is a very basic and easy Chicken Broth. If you can find Chickens Feet (5-6 feet) use those instead of the Thigh, Leg and Wings.
You can also JUST use 5-6 Wings as well.
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken Thigh, Leg & Wing
4-8 Chicken Boullion cubes
Salt & Pepper to taste
Diced Parsley (fresh if possible)
Noodles for Soup
1 Carrot, peeled
Diced Celery
Onion, sliced in half
DIRECTIONS:
You can wrap up Chicken in Cheesecloth with a halved Onion if you want, otherwise, just put into soup.
Add all the ingredients to a pot, cover with water and simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Drain INTO A BOWL,
return broth to the pot and bring to boil, cooking the Chicken Noodles (I use Linguine noodles broken up small and add to broth to cook.)
Cut up Carrot and Chicken meat, add to the broth, sprinkle in some Parsley.
While the Noodles are boiling, bake your Biscuits.
